Return product from the customer accepted within 48 hours of delivery time.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be defective or damaged upon delivery. It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from refunds, including, promotional items, and clearance sale items.
Additional Non-Refundable Items:
- Promotional and clearance sale items
- Customized or personalized products
To complete your refund request, we require an unwrapping video showing the defect or damage.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, Refund amount will be credited within 5 business days The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be delays in posting refunds.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@alphahub.in.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@alphahub.in Exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 5 business days
